MORE STRENGTH FOR MORE MUSCLES

The more weight you lift, the stronger your body becomes and the wider your muscles get. Your muscles are getting bigger and bigger to be able to lift heavier weights. That’s why strength = height, so lift heavy weights and you will naturally gain muscle mass. Most people try to develop their muscles by doing exercises with a high degree of insulation until they are inflated and injured. But it rarely works because you can’t lift heavy enough to activate muscle growth.

LET YOUR BODY RECOVER

Your muscles need to recover from your workouts to become stronger and bigger. They will not recover if you hit them hard every day. Even your mind needs a break. Take one or more days off per week, depending on your body’s needs. Help your muscles recover by eating the right food, drinking enough water and sleeping. Your body uses nutrition to nourish and repair muscles during workouts. Your muscles cannot recover and grow when there is a lack of nutrition. Most men need at least 3000 kcal/day to develop their muscles. Ectomorph types with a high metabolism requires even more weight and muscle mass to accumulate enough.

Eat Protein

Your body uses protein to build new muscle, and recover damaged muscle tissue post-workout. You need about 1.8g protein per kilogram of body-weight to maximize muscle recovery and build muscle. If your weight is for example 80kg, that means your need to have at least 144g of protein per day. (80 x 1.8g = 144g).
